By making a payment to BSN Global Solutions  and entering into a working relationship, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

SERVICE COMMITMENT

Customer Satisfaction Assurance
BSN Global Solutions  is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring complete client satisfaction. We will work collaboratively with you until your project is finalized and meets your expectations.

Our unlimited revision policy (as per your package) is in place to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final result.

Revisions are offered until satisfaction is achieved, within the scope of the selected package.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available once the work has been completed and delivered. By approving the final deliverables, the client agrees that the service has been rendered to satisfaction. Any disputes or concerns should be communicated prior to final approval and delivery.

In cases where the client becomes unresponsive, fails to communicate, or does not answer calls after 50% or more of the work has been completed, no refund will be issued. In such instances, our team will proceed to complete the remaining work based on the original project scope.

All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of BSN Global Solutions  Management, whose decisions are final.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

We are dedicated to producing high-quality, custom work. Each design is original, thoroughly researched, and carefully crafted to meet your business needs.

DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery Policy
All services will be delivered within 1 to 7 working days, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Clients will be notified of expected timelines at the start of the engagement. Delivery may be subject to change due to client feedback, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case timely communication will be provided.

DESIGN RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

Upon written approval of final designs, BSN Global Solutions  transfers full ownership rights to you.

You receive ownership of the final, approved design.

Drafts, preliminary versions, or materials created during revisions remain the property of BSN Global Solutions .

CONTENT CREATION AND POPULATION

Unless explicitly included in your package, BSN Global Solutions  does not provide website content (text/images).

CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISPARAGEMENT

All client and project data remains confidential.

Following successful project completion, both BSN Global Solutions  and the client agree not to engage in defamation or negative publicity.

Neither party shall make or encourage derogatory remarks about the other or its affiliates.

FILE RETENTION POLICY

BSN Global Solutions  maintains a record of finalized designs. If a client misplaces final files, we can reissue the original deliverables upon request.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
Requests submitted after hours via the Customer Portal will be addressed on the next business day.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES

To ensure accuracy and accountability:

All formal communications (e.g., feedback, revision requests, cancellations, and support queries) must be submitted via the Design Utility Account or official communication channels.

Only messages from sales@bsnglobalsolutions.com and communications via our official website are considered valid.

We are not responsible for delays, miscommunication, or errors resulting from contact via unauthorized channels.

We stand by the integrity of all information and correspondence sent via official BSN Global Solutions  platforms.
